New Product Service Delivery - 20% Work with Manager in establishing workflow, procedures, and other framework materials for new products, perform according to procedures independently and ensure service delivery standards (quantitive, qualitative, and timeliness) are met. 3. Service Delivery Team Support - 30% Support Service Delivery teams, in areas such as new client integration, procedures documentation, training and production. 4.
