Job Description General Job description: Day-to-day tasks within the operational goals and standards area with direct and long-term impact on the field of Global Procurement Planning and coordination of operational purchasing related tasks, including data extraction, review, follow-up, data maintenance Problem solving by updating and modifying existing working methods and improving the quality of service and data Communication with internal and external stakeholders / suppliers regarding operational purchasing detail maintenance and influencing the alignment Ensuring alignment between contract and commercials KPI: Deliver on agreed tasks with data quality on time Timely maintenance of the details pertaining to PO expediting activities Ensure prompt support, visibility and quality of detail for Operational Purchasing Reduced data quality errors and overall KPI compliance Continuous improvement initiatives / projects – with focus to reduce time and cost to support decisions To ensure improvement of efficiency and data quality level, systematically Technical Competence: Strong working knowledge of SAP MM. Hands on experience in Purchase Requisition-Purchase Order-Goods Receipt process, Exception invoice handling, Invoice auditing for error identification. Exposure towards Indirect category products & services will be added advantage. Good knowledge on Purchasing Master Data and related data maintenance processes – like Purchase Info Record, etc. Communication / coordination with supplier will be an added advantage Knowledge of process improvement such as Kaizen, Lean 6 Sigma and atomization. Good exposure to Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, PPT, Power App, Teams and SharePoint. Key Behavioral Skills: Lead: Identifies and takes ownership of opportunities. Role and Responsibility: Procurement – purchasing, invoice handling/auditing and related activities Purchase Order expediting (PR-PO-GR management) including support for the Purchasing process Purchase Order confirmation follow-up & update, Delivery follow-up & update including supplier coordination for material delivery/shipment tracking, follow-up, reporting and issue resolution Understanding of stock position in the system, shortage follow-up and coordination for the same Coordinating directly with suppliers on PO-Delivery-Invoice processes, as required Master data quality monitoring, coordination, reporting and support data clean-up Direct Communication Channel with all related teams Invoice Handling/Auditing Handling invoices in SAP and releasing it for payment per agreed process Audit invoices to identify overcharges and discrepancies Co-ordinate with supplier and internal team to rectify the invoices for errors and obtaining due credits Data collection, Reporting, Data flow monitoring relating to master data & purchasing processes Optimizing the support and processes for purchasing Participate in global projects with global team and deliver results Functional support for Global Procurement processes according to task assignments from Global Process Owners Adhoc operational support to ensure efficient Procurement processes Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard Qualifications Education Required: Graduation (Engineering / MBA) Professional Experience Required (Max – Min.): 1 ~ 3 years Additional Information What we can offer you.
