About the team you are joining E&F manages the collection and settlement of aviation charges between airlines/operators and aviation service providers such as Civil Aviation Authorities (CAAs), airports and ANSPs. Clients or operators upload billing data through the IATA E&F portal via a self-billing process. Based on this data, E&F generates billing documents and issues invoices to airlines, including a detailed breakdown of the charges associated with the services provided. You will report to the Manager, Accounting and Settlement, and support the accounting and settlement activities for the E&F operations, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and within established timelines. What your day would be like You will support the delivery of high-quality collection and settlement services to customers, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and with strong operational discipline. Your responsibilities will include: Process and record financial transactions related to operator collections and settlements (debits, credits, clearing of open items and dispute reviews). Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and client accounts across multiple currencies. Process settlement transactions through IATA settlement platforms (ICH, BSP, CASS) and other payment methods such as bank transfers, credit cards and direct debit. Assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial closing activities related to collection and settlement operations. Ensure bank movements are recorded accurately and within established timelines. Investigate and follow up on unallocated payments and reconciliation discrepancies. Prepare and upload financial reports to clients at the end of each billing cycle. Follow established operational procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements. Provide support to airlines and operators by responding to operational and financial queries through Salesforce and other channels. Interact with internal teams (Billing, Treasury, Banking, Product teams, Country Offices) and external partners (banks, operators, clients) to support operational activities. Provide operational support to the Manager and the team for ongoing activities and operational improvements. Strong Excel skills. SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred). Strong written and spoken English. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred qualifications Knowledge of airline industry or aviation finance. Knowledge of IATA settlement systems (ICH, BSP, CASS).
