This team operates within the Global Commercial Services (GCS) Commercial Business Enablement organization to serve as first line and represent the business to ensure we effectively delivery against our expanding regulatory requirements and compliance goals as regulatory demands continue to evolve. We work to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. How will you make an impact in this role? The Analyst, Regulatory Change PMO will join an expanding team to support the growing regulatory change demands and evolution of the team to strengthen data driven decisions to support the first-line PMO’s supporting project governance and execution to drive consistency in approach to govern and execute projects to better align with regulatory expectations, implement industry best-practices and ultimately deliver against our regulatory change initiatives in an efficient and effective manner. Candidates are required to create strategic insights by quickly understanding new data presented in front of them and making decisions based on logic, business understanding and data techniques. Key Responsibilities: Use analytics to generate data insights and partner with high priority cross-functional regulatory change initiatives impacting multiple business units, including linkages and dependencies with groups both within and outside GCS and cross-functional teams (eg: GSG, Compliance, GCO) Build strong relationships with partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment across critical stakeholders Ensure on time and accurate delivery of regulatory change projects to meet Organization’s internal policies, professional, legal and regulatory standards with detailed data insights. Challenge the status quo and remove barriers creatively Critical Factors to Success Business Outcomes: Translate unstructured requests into analytical strategies and convert the available information into actionable insights Ability to manage multiple requests with a quick turn-around Envision the bigger problem that the partners are looking at and structure possible what if scenarios Provide multiple solutions based on timeline and data availability Leadership Outcomes: Put enterprise thinking first, connect the role’s agenda to enterprise priorities and balance the needs of customers, partners, colleagues & shareholders. Lead with an external perspective, challenge status quo and bring continuous innovation to our existing offerings Demonstrate learning agility, make decisions quickly and with the highest level of integrity Lead with a digital mindset and deliver the world’s best customer experiences every day Minimum Qualifications: 1-2 years of relevant experience in analytics domain Bachelor's in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/ Engineering with relevant experience Good knowledge of SQL and table linking concepts/ data pipelining. Able to extract data from Bigquery (LUMI) and know scripting using Python and SQL.
