This role will be onsite at our Marion Manufacturing facility. The Operations/Production Analyst leads an entire assembly line at Marion Operations in pursuit of all Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People objectives. This position is the direct people leader of the team consisting of an area coordinator, group leaders, and operators who are responsible for daily production for that line/shift. Your responsibilities will include Lead production activities to meet customer demand as set by the level plan Drive improvements to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People objectives for the department Implement World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methods and tools into daily operations Direct, develop, support, and assess the team members as their people leader Complete daily time & attendance records in UKG for direct reports Minimum requirements Bachelor’s Degree 2+ years of experience supervising or leading a team in a manufacturing environment Preferred skills and experiences Bachelor’s Degree in Operations or Engineering Computer skills including Google workspace suite Experience in leading, coaching, and developing large teams of employees Strong teamwork and communication skills Experience implementing problem solving and continuous improvement Project management skills What we offer Generous benefits package, Whirlpool employee discount, fitness & educational reimbursement programs, kitchenettes, and more!
