Description
 The Analyst - ROI Operations at MRO Corp plays a critical role in managing and analysing healthcare data entry processes aimed at maximizing data accuracy for our health care clients. This position demands a detail-oriented professional who will ensure high accuracy standards while meeting target goals within tight deadlines. The successful candidate will support operational efficiency and contribute to data integrity, crucial for sustaining MRO's commitment to quality service in the healthcare industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:    * Perform accurate data entry and validation processes, per the healthcare regulations and standards.  * Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with established standards.  * Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring data quality and consistency.  * Collaborate with team members and achieve target-oriented goals.  * Work in different shifts and handle workload efficiently under pressure.  * Assist in analysis, refinement of data and processes to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.  * Perform all assigned duties with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.   KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS):   * Data Accuracy: Uphold rigorous standards in data accuracy and ensure that all errors are thoroughly eliminated to maintain quality standards. Individual  * Performance standards: Monitors enhancements in productivity and makes ongoing improvements to further enhance it.  * Gathering & Implementing Job Knowledge: Evaluates the acquired knowledge and applies it effectively to attain the desired outcomes for the project.  * Compliance:  Ensures to remain informed and focused on changes in requirements, client expectations, and organizational policy updates.   REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:  * Proficient written communication skills.  * Decent verbal communication skills.  * Basic knowledge and understanding of US healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, etc.).  * Ability to work in different shifts.  * Knowledge of data entry best practices and techniques.   * Experience working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.  * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).  * Experience with data processing software/tool and platform is a plus.     * Any non-technical bachelor’s degree (BSC, B-Pharma, B. Com, BA, Nursing, Life Science etc.)  * Experience: 0-3 years in any US Healthcare Process like Release of Information, Claims Adjudication/Adjustment, Medical Billing, RCM etc. Healthcare document retrieval experience will be an added advantage.  Important Notice: This is full-time office Job (5 days a week).
