• Organize and arrange regular calls and presentations, which are conducted either independently or in conjunction with senior sales staff to promote BNS Notes
• Service existing client relationships and fulfill requests for assistance or information, using Excel and CRM tools to track and analyze client activity
• Collaborate with equity derivatives trading and structuring teams to customize investment solutions, apply coding and automation skills (e.g., Python, VBA, Power BI) to streamline proposal generation and product customization
• Stay abreast of current market trends and competing product offerings to provide clients with superior, strategic and innovative product solutions
• Demonstrate accountability to clients by delivering consistent, high-quality service and acting as a reliable point of contact for product-related inquiries
• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
• Support the sales efforts for structured notes while adhering to industry regulations and best practices as well as internal compliance, governance and general guidelines for conduct and behaviour.
