The Human Resources Solution Center supports over 30,000 employees globally in areas related to benefits and pension administration, payroll and time keeping, and record keeping and reporting.
This position will report into the Payroll Manager, as part of Nutrien’s Human Resource Solution Center (HRSC).

Responsibilities
  • Process end-to-end production of multiple payrolls in multiple countries including Canada, Trinidad & Tobago, and United States
  • Support and deliver Payroll reconciliations and reporting requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Federal and Provincial legislation to ensure compliance
  • Respond timely to employee and department inquiries
  • Mentor and train Payroll Administrators/Coordinators
  • Collaborate with other functional departments for process reviews and optimization
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, such as process documentation, identifying opportunities for improvement, and participating in problem solving
  • Maintain broad knowledge of Time Systems
  • Support payroll/time system testing
  • Manage year end processes (T4, T4A, W2, TD4)
