JOB SUMMARY

Finance consulting firm primarily serving the commercial real estate sector seeking a full time Analyst to help support a small but rapidly growing team. We are seeking applicants with a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and ability to maintain a high-quality standard of work in a fast-paced environment.
Daily duties are varied, but focused primarily on supporting more senior team members, running analysis, and preparing presentation materials for clients. Responsibilities and advancement opportunities are added rapidly for analysts that demonstrate strong capabilities.
Training is hands-on and tailored to the individual with oversight and guidance from senior team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

    Preferred but not required:
  • Prior experience in a client-facing or customer service role
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets, commercial real estate, or economics
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal, HubSpot, and/or ClickUp
    Our office is fast paced, small, and collaborative. Candidates must fit in with the team.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with managing the deal process from quoting to closing across a range of financial derivative products
  • Run analysis on various market scenarios’ impact on deals to advise clients on strategy and planning
  • Monitor and study economic trends and market movements, and communicate their impact to clients on related deals
  • Create materials for client meetings, presentations, and marketing campaigns
  • Update and maintain a variety of pricing models, reports, and published resources
  • Support more senior team members, as necessary, through other tasks as determined on an ad hoc basis
