Responsibilities
Data Management – Working with stakeholders in the region to collate KPI metrics data
Performance Reporting – Working with Data Analytics Team to translate data into management dashboards for performance reporting purpose
Planning & Analysis – Budgeting and forecasting
Participating in data and non-IT related projects
Perform Administrative Tasks - Manage SharePoint / Shared folder of the team, etc
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc MIS reporting for the function

Skills/Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/ Banking/ Finance
• Minimum 1 years’ performance reporting or planning experience, preferably in the financial industry
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
• Fast learner with inquisitive mind and structure process in task execution
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous with details
• Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders
• Good attitude and able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with the information handled during the course of work.
