Position Summary The Analyst, Population Health role reports to the Senior Advisor, Clinical Pharmacy Programs and plays a key role in pharmacy-related reporting and cross collaboration with CVS for Oak Street Health and CVS partnerships. This role will lead transforming complex healthcare and pharmacy data into actionable insights that drive program performance, improve patient outcomes, and strengthen strategic partnerships. Core Responsibilities: Business Analytics and Reporting: Create and maintain operational and outcomes reporting for pharmacy-related pharmacy programs Perform analyses of high-risk patient populations and program performance to identify opportunities for improvement and additional business impact Construct detailed project plans, set timelines, update key stakeholders, and ensure that projects are completed on time and achieve expected outcomes Collaborate with CVS pilot teams and OSH stakeholders to align data reporting and measure success of partnership initiatives Support data integration, validation, and reconciliation between CVS, OSH, and internal reporting systems Provide timely insights to inform decision-making for pilot program scaling and expansion Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program performance Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey updates to field leaders, care teams, and leadership, including status reports, dashboards, and presentations to all stakeholders Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications 2+ years of consulting, business analytics, and/or other applicable experience in healthcare Analytical and data savvy Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, experience working with large datasets Experience/proficiency in SQL is preferred Ability to succinctly summarize and synthesize large amounts of information Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities Strong relationship-building skills to foster collaboration with key stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills that support effective stakeholder engagement Someone who is a self-starter Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong accountability and discipline against timelines and deliverables Passion for excellence, willing to go the extra mile to achieve objectives and ensure consistently high quality work product Quick learner and someone who is comfortable with a high level of ambiguity Comfortable navigating ambiguity Bachelor degree required US work authorization Someone who embodies being “Oaky” Preferred Qualifications Healthcare analytics experience preferred Education Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $93,574.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
