Rest is looking for an Analyst, Portfolio Analytics to turn member and employer data into actionable insights that drive value for our members, employers and the Rest business. In this role, you will produce accurate, timely reporting across the Member portfolio, analyse performance of key initiatives, and provide insights that support strategic decision‑making. You will work closely with teams across Member and the broader business to ensure reporting and analytics are simple, accessible and aligned to enterprise priorities. You will also play an important role in coordinating member and employer data governance in partnership with the Enterprise Data team. What you’ll do Produce and continuously improve performance reporting and dashboards for the Member portfolio, including key metrics for senior leaders. Analyse data across member experience, acquisition, retention and engagement to identify trends, issues and opportunities. Prepare clear, concise insights and narratives that inform leadership, governance forums and cross‑functional decision‑making. Support governance processes and materials (e.g. for CMO and GM MVC), including summaries of progress, risks and required decisions. Collaborate with teams across Experience Design, Journeys, Research & Insights, Digital, Marketing, Workplace, Product, Risk, Finance and Strategy to align data, assumptions and performance measures. Maintain high data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability across all reporting and analytics outputs. Qualifications Relevant Business, Commerce or Finance degree (or equivalent). Required experience, understanding or credentials including: Financial Services Expertise: Prior experience within superannuation or financial services, with a deep understanding of member, product, and regulatory environments. Strategic and Commercial Acumen: Learning to apply commercial judgment to shape strategic direction, make critical decisions, and deliver outcomes to defined timeframes. Financial Acumen: Ability to link strategy to metrics to outcomes, for the Fund and members. Innovation and Problem Solving: Strong creativity and problem-solving skills, learning to design and deliver innovative solutions that enhance member experience. Data and Technology Mindset: Passion for leveraging data, analytics, and emerging technologies to uncover insights, measure performance, and inform continuous improvement.
