POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Power BI Junior Developer will play a key role in supporting StepStone’s Portfolio Analytics and Reporting team by creating, analyzing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards, data models, and ad-hoc analyses. This role supports firmwide analytics and reporting initiatives that provide valuable insights to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to continuously solve complex problems and expand their skill set.

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience working with data models and business intelligence platforms
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to projects or coursework that added measurable value

OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI; experience with other data visualization tools is a plus
• Familiarity with Power Automate is a plus
• Understanding of data modeling, dashboard design, and BI best practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to change
  Salary Range - 72,000 - 76,500
