Description

Bill of Material (BOM) are generated and maintained in WERS & FEDE (Engineering system). EMPRESS [Global BOM validation tool] Audit tool is used for Definition & Maintenance of Commodities based PDL [Program Direction letter] to ensure BOM is inline with Engineering Direction. The WERS BOM is used for GCP [Global capacity planning) studies. CMMS (Common Materials Management system) used to provide releases [requirement] for part procurement – This position plays a key role in ensuring BOM integrity in ensuring right requirement are provided to supplier and ensure System Vs Actual usage in production are carried without any BOM discrepancies.

Responsibilities

The position is responsible for generating and maintaining the Bill of Material (BOM) in various engineering systems. It ensures BOM integrity and alignment with engineering direction for part procurement.
