Engage with team members to contribute to pricing solutions and suggest efficiencies. Assist in the collection and analysis of pricing data to support decision-making processes. Follow established processes and procedures to ensure accurate pricing implementation. Collaborate with peers to share insights and improve overall pricing strategies. Participate in team meetings to discuss pricing initiatives and provide input on projects. Develop reports and presentations to communicate pricing strategies and outcomes to stakeholders. Explore alternative solutions to pricing challenges and recommend appropriate actions. Influence sales leadership and other cross-functional teams in thinking through complex business models of extending our value props. Build financial & analytical nuances across the dimensions of customer segments, products, and markets to find the right balance of trade. Be fully immersed in supporting the iterations of deal negotiation as a trusted partner to the sales team - sales pitches, term sheets and contracts, leadership presentations, etc. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within sales, product, finance, and other functional teams. Engage in the cadence/process of interactions, be a team player, and a positive influence on others. 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years relevant experience in finance, pricing, payments, strategy, banking, consulting, investor relations, equity research, or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree. Strong financial analytical skills. Excel is required, SQL is preferred but not required. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proactive, resourceful and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.
