JOB DESCRIPTION

The analyst/programmer will participate in the analysis of needs, the design, development, and optimization of software solutions tailored to the company’s requirements. They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the efficiency and quality of deliverables.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2 to 5 years (or more) of relevant experience in software development and analysis.

  • Strong skills in functional and technical analysis.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python, .NET, or another based on your technologies).
  • Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
  • Experience with version control tools.
  • Good understanding of development methodologies.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Autonomy, organizational skills, and rigor.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
