Position Overview Are you a detail-driven financial professional who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights? At KPI Solutions, we’re looking for a Project Control Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to play a key role in driving project success from both a financial and operational perspective. In this role, you won’t just track numbers—you’ll influence decisions, improve processes, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. What You’ll DoOwn Project Financial Performance Lead financial planning and oversight for assigned projects, including budget creation, expense tracking, and forecasting Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies Deliver accurate, timely monthly financial reporting, highlighting key insights on project health and profitability Drive Insights & Decision-Making Partner closely with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to provide actionable financial guidance Analyze cost variances and proactively recommend cost control strategies Support leadership with clear, data-driven insights to improve project outcomes Manage Cash Flow & Billing Develop and maintain project cash flow forecasts Oversee project invoicing and billing cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Monitor vendor payments and subcontractor billings to maintain financial alignment Strengthen Controls & Processes Maintain and enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets Identify opportunities for process improvement, increasing efficiency and reducing risk Support Budgeting, Forecasting & Compliance Contribute to company-wide budgeting and forecasting cycles Provide detailed variance analysis and performance reporting Partner with external auditors and support annual audit processes Ensure adherence to regulatory and reporting requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA a plus) 3+ years of progressive accounting or project finance experience Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Experience with project-based accounting (Percentage of Completion preferred) Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (Oracle NetSuite a plus) What Sets You Apart Sharp attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach A proactive problem-solver who looks for ways to improve processes and outcomes What we Offer: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Health Care Concierge Service 401(k) Retirement Plan (Pre-tax & Roth) Company paid Basic Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability & Long-Term Disability Voluntary Life & AD&D Insurance Voluntary Accident, Critical Illness & Hospital Indemnity Insurance Pet Insurance Milk Stork Program Wellness Program with gift card redemption and wellness challenges Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & 10 Holidays) Training & Development Why KPI Solutions?
