Qiddiya Investment Company is embarking on a transformative journey within the realm of entertainment and culture in Saudi Arabia, and we are searching for a dedicated Analyst for Project Coordination within our Commercial Office. This role will support various commercial initiatives and ensure seamless project execution through effective coordination and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning coordinations, execution, and monitoring of commercial projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure consistency and clarity in project objectives. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reporting tools to keep track of projects across Commercial Office BU. Support the organization of meetings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in a timely manner. Monitor project risks and issues, escalating concerns as needed to ensure timely resolutions. Maintain an organized repository of project information and documentation for easy access and review. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or support, or executive assistant. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to generate clear and actionable reports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. A proactive attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
