As an Analyst on our project finance & M&A deal team, you will be right in the middle of all the action. You will be working on impactful transactions and will be accountable for the smooth execution of advisory missions relating to financial structuring, raising required debt or leading M&A equity finance transactions. • Supporting the project manager in defining and implementing the adequate financial structure
• Preparing, updating or reviewing financial models and cash flow valuations for renewable energy projects
• Organising and reviewing the due diligence work prepared by other advisors
• Performing general market intelligence on sectors of interest to the company
• Contributing to the business development
• Participating actively in an entrepreneurial, international and dynamic team focused on making projects happen and adding real value to our client
