In this role, you will…

  • Assist in analyzing the assessment roll and real estate trends, as well as identifying emerging development trends for the real estate market.
  • Apply superior organization and analytical skills to conduct assessments, tax searches and surveys.
  • Collect and organize market and property data.
  • Support the property tax assessment review process by collaborating with other departments to obtain the information you need to support your team.

What you’ll bring

  • An undergraduate degree.
  • An eagerness to learn all aspects of property tax and commercial real estate.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of types of real property, terms, types of ownership in real estate, deeds, and mortgages is an asset.
