The company specializes in advanced analytical chemistry and microbiological testing using state-of-the-art instrumentation and internationally recognized methods. Job Description Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Gas Chromatography–Flame Ionization Detection (GC-FID) instruments. Perform testing and analysis of proximate and UV parameters according to established methods and specifications. Conduct fatty acid analysis and ensure accurate data generation and reporting. Manage sample receipt, storage, preparation, and retention before and after analysis. Maintain and monitor Certified Reference Materials (CRMs) and laboratory standards. Carry out method verification and validation activities in accordance with regulatory and quality requirements. Analyze, interpret, and report test results with accuracy and attention to detail. Ensure compliance with laboratory quality systems, safety guidelines, and good laboratory practices (GLP). Maintain laboratory records, logs, and analytical reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Technology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.

Responsibilities
