  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in aircraft manufacturing.
  • You have strong project management skills.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of quality management systems.
  • You are proficient in change management techniques.
  • Expertise in problem resolution techniques.
  • You are functionally bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • You are proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You have experience with SAP.
  • You are competent in systems, process, or product auditing.
  • You have experience with internal and external supplier interventions.
  • Proven experience as a team lead with excellent negotiation skills.

As an Analyst, Quality Assurance within the Quality Division and the Liaison CCR STL department, you report directly to the Leader, Quality. You’re a key point of contact for on-site supplier quality issues, leading investigations, ensuring accountability and coordinating daily actions to maintain production standards.

  • Conduct quality reviews, write detailed reports, and raise and follow up on supplier action requests.
  • Perform technical investigations onsite for both internal and external customers at the manufacturing site.
  • Provide daily updates on supplier issues to the manufacturing team.
  • Conduct thorough technical investigations to ensure concrete liability.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports on supplier issues.
  • Establish short-term containment plans in manufacturing.
  • Support supplier visits at the manufacturing site
