Join the Quantitative Engineering team at BMO Global Markets and take your skills to the next level! As a member of our team, you will work on the Loan Exposure Analytics Platform enhancing the application which is used by the Risk and Capital Solutions group in Global Markets. You will collaborate closely with quants and traders, putting your skills to the test and pushing the limits of what is possible.
We are seeking a talented C# Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with C#, SQL Server, and familiarity with PowerShell and ASP.NET. As a C# Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Testing, automation, metrics, and monitoring are all critical to our success, and we take our responsibilities seriously. Our team members interact directly with the trading desks that use the applications we build, which means you will be held accountable for the success of your work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in computer science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics or Engineering (preferred)
  • Strong experience with modern C# development and object-oriented programming
  • Strong knowledge of C# and SQL Server
  • Familiarity with ASP.NET and PowerShell
  • Experience with web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
