The Analyst, Radiology/PACS Application Analyst provides support for the Radiant/PACS applications. Participates in all phases of the system development life cycle including development of use cases and evaluation of software solutions. Works closely with Senior Radiology/PACS Manager in developing workflows and troubleshooting reported issues. The Epic Radiology/PACS Application Analyst role is a full time role that will require flexibility of schedules of working hours. Hours may be subject to change to support the application during upgrades and on call. Qualifications * Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computer Systems, or other related field. * Prior experience with EPIC implementation with great understanding of imaging operations workflows * EPIC Radiant Certification -- HIGHLY PREFERRED * Certification in other EPIC Inpatient / Outpatient Clinical modules -- HIGHLY PREFERRED * Requires knowledge of the client areas function and systems, technology alternatives, and ability to work effectively with client and IT management and staff. * Ability to understand customer requirements and their impact on the technical aspects of a solution * Ability to work in a complex multi‑communication‑channel environment * Ability to work independently and as a team member across multiple teams * Ability to independently research and perform analysis to resolve complex issues * Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and able to manage one's own work independently in a fast --paced environment with changing priorities. * Must be able to maintain professionalism and react to customers appropriately while exhibiting the highest level of customer service * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Work PowerPoint, etc.)
