FTAI invests in aviation assets and aerospace products that generate strong and stable cash flows with the potential for earnings growth and asset appreciation.  FTAI operates globally and has offices in New York, Miami, Montreal, Singapore, Dubai, United Kingdom and Ireland.  JOB OVERVIEW The Records Analyst (or Clerk) is responsible for the processing and management of engine records and to assure conformity to customer specifications. This includes management of piece part/module/engine assembly records. Additionally, the Records Analyst (or Clerk) is responsible for the organization of records, CD's and data storage boxes to ensure for quick access, information retrieval and expedited deliveries when necessary.    Responsibilities: * Perform incomingrecordsreview for engines and accessories todeterminestatusregardingManufacturer’s maintenance requirements, Services Bulletins / Modifications, and Airworthiness Directives.   * Receives, screens, and processes information on articles being processed for repair/alteration.   * Organizes outgoing records packages, Form 337 and 8130·3 for engines and Modules.   * Manages work order priorities for records completion within the department to align with Production TAT requirements.   * Audit all received paperwork for complete andaccuratedocumentation of work performed.Notes deficiencies and obtains corrective action forsubmittedrecords.   * Verifies AD, SB and other workscopecompliance on actual work performed.   * Manages electronic data storage.   * Sets up life-limited parts tracking documents.    * Prepares Life Limited Parts trace for continued usage.   * Prepares Life Limited Parts trace for final approval. * Prepare Master On/Off Logreports for engine shopvisit. * Maintain files of completed work orders and inspection forms in such a manner that the filepertaining toa specific item repaired can be readilylocatedfor review.   * Ensurethat all necessary maintenance entries on maintenance forms and work orders used by the repair station are properly executed by theresponsible personnel.        * Oversight responsibility for maintenance records for field maintenance interventions.    * Participatein special projects asdeemedvaluable to the Department and Company   Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Experience with records management for engine maintenance (MRO). * Experience performing the key responsibilities listed above. * Sound organizational skills with above-average attention to detail * Strong computerskillsMicrosoft Excel, Word, Outlook- and ability to learn other software programs. * Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. * Must be fluent in English (written and verbal) Preferred Qualifications: * Experience using Quantum Control ERP. * Ability to be a team player   * Ability to provide quality work   * Ability to follow through   * Ability to be flexible   * Ability to stay self-motivated   Job Demands: Work is performed in a Shop environment and requires the ability to perform extensive standing, driving, walking, and climbing; to lift up to 50lbs. regularly; to manipulate up to 100lbs. with assistance.
