Key Accountability Carry out daily maintenance of static data, including customer profiles, pricing, commissions, trade conditions, and system parameters for core banking systems. Ensure compliance with statutory rules and internal policies, standards, and guidelines. Review and update Standard Operating Procedures annually or when there are major changes in processes and systems. Responsibility Carry out daily maintenance of static data including customer profiles, pricing, commissions, trade conditions and system parameters for core trade systems. Ensure compliance with statutory rules and internal policies, standards and guidelines. Compile monthly performance reports to track achievement of Service Level Agreements. Support the development of IMEX text skeletons for both BAU change requests and projects. Review and update Standard Operating Procedures annually or when there are major changes in processes and systems. Support risk and control activities such as Quality Assurance Review as well as Risk and Control Self Assessment. Support audit projects that System Administration is in scope. Join hands with regional teams to write up and review user stories for system enhancements to streamline the operational processes of System Administration. Support regional project rollout activities such as user acceptance test, regression test and live verification from the perspective of System Administration. Requirement University degree in Operations Management, Business Management, Information Systems or relevant disciplines. Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations or relevant experience, preferably with knowledge on trade systems. Ability to plan day-to-day operational activities and propose solutions to operational problems. Passionate to be a change agent within the team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain rapport with stakeholders. Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills to work with peers and regional teams. Good awareness of operational risk. As the team's role involves regional locations, supporting both core markets and international centres, occasional weekend and holiday support is required.
