Job Purpose As a Channel Registration & Maintenance Officer (Processing), you will be instrumental in empowering our customers to effectively use DBS's e-banking services. Your core responsibility will be the precise and timely setup and ongoing maintenance of customer profiles, ensuring data integrity and adherence to stringent security standards and critical cut-off times. You will be a guardian of customer data accuracy, directly impacting their seamless digital banking experience Key Responsibilities Set up and maintain profiles of customers in various ebanking systems in accordance to forms submitted. Perform tagging of users as authorisers and/or administrators in the system when required, facilitating ongoing compliance screening Handle enquiries and follow-ups related to customer profile maintenance, providing clear and professional communication Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets accurately and promptly, contributing to efficient workflow management Conduct live verification in systems to ensure data integrity and adherence to internal controls Support other tasks or rotations as assigned within the department, demonstrating adaptability and a team-first attitude Key Performance Indicators Achieve and consistently meet established cut-off times and service level agreements (SLAs) for all assigned products and processes. Maintain consistently high standards, striving 100% accuracy and high-quality execution of tasks. Respond to and resolve enquiries, provide timely status updates in a professional manner to stakeholders.
