Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Analyst – Regulatory Engagement, you will support the ART Group by maintaining strong, enterprise-wide frameworks for managing interactions with key regulators in a structured and consistent way. You will be required to have a solid understanding of superannuation and the regulatory environment, along with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the organisation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Engagement & Affairs, you will play a key role in strengthening ART’s regulatory maturity and engagement practices.

Day to day you will:

  • Help manage and respond to regulator requests by reviewing requirements, gathering input from stakeholders, verifying information, and handling related admin tasks.
  • Organise and respond to internal needs like briefing papers or audit requests by identifying what’s needed, collecting relevant documents, and reviewing them.
  • Assist with internal and external meetings by taking minutes, preparing briefing notes, organising logistics, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager to prepare regulatory updates for Board Committees when needed.
  • Identify and help implement improvements to regulatory engagement practices to boost the team’s effectiveness and maturity.

This role is available as a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity.
