This position is responsible for building, automating and distributing new reports or making updates to existing reports in order to drive improvements and identify opportunities across one or more of the business teams within Revenue Operations. This includes developing report requirements by collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and identifying/aggregating necessary data.

REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; degrees in computer information sciences, analytics, statistics, data analytics or sciences preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft office tools such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and OneNote
• Excellent and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Computer competency; typing, basic computer troubleshooting, and navigation
• Ability to solve problems and critically think root cause analysis
• Knowledge and experience with: Excel, Pivot tables, SQL, Tableau, queries, extracting from databases and data warehouses, Python, Power BI, automation, Oracle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare analytics experience
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
• Accounting or finance background
• Insurance claim collections experience
