JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct research and analysis on listed companies for the purpose of issuing reports with recommendations to institutional and retail clients.
• To promote investment ideas to our clients.
• To assist clients with their investment needs.
• Research and generate good stock ideas to help build the product side of institutional equities, retail equities and investment banking.
• Collaborate with equity sales team to open and develop client accounts by providing differentiated investment insights and building strong personal rapport with clients.
• Assist the investment banking division by contributing to deal pitches with valuable market insights and investment strategies.
• To be ranked highly or within agreed KPI, whichever is higher, for the respective sector coverage

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related fields. Master’s degree preferred
• Prior experience in property sector research and analysis is an added advantage
• Strong analytical skills and finance knowledge
• Strong command of English (written and spoken)Proficient in Microsoft office applications
