YOUR MISSION Administrar y controlar el presupuesto (OPEX) del área de Retail, realizando seguimiento de gastos, análisis de desviaciones y apoyo en la elaboración del Budget y Forecast. Desarrollar y analizar reportes e indicadores (KPIs) de la operación retail (ventas, conversión, margen, gastos, entre otros), proporcionando información para la toma de decisiones. Coordinar la gestión de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las tiendas, asegurando la continuidad operativa y el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos. Gestionar la relación con proveedores de mantenimiento y servicios, incluyendo cotizaciones, órdenes de compra, seguimiento de trabajos, evaluación de desempeño y coordinación de pagos. Coordinar con las áreas internas (Finanzas, Contabilidad, Planning y Operaciones) la correcta ejecución de procesos administrativos, financieros y la asignación de gastos conforme a las políticas de la compañía. Velar por el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, de seguridad y de infraestructura en las tiendas, garantizando la preparación ante inspecciones, auditorías y la implementación de oportunidades de mejora. YOUR TALENT Egresados o bachiller de las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Finanzas o Administración, deseable experiencia en Retail. Responsibilities

Manage and control the retail area's OPEX budget, including tracking expenses and developing KPIs for decision-making. Coordinate store maintenance and manage relationships with service providers to ensure operational continuity.
