The Analyst, Revenue Operations will partner with sales teams across Mitratech for building & maintaining a modern and scalable data platform. This position will report to the Manager, Revenue Operations and will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance & SFDC organizations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Works closely with global sales teams to understand and improve data and processes Salesforce.com administrative duties such as creation of accounts, territory changes, and lead conversion Ensure data integrity and control over business processes within ERP systems Maintains the intake of information to ensure established guidelines and procedures are followed Develop & implement Data management best practices to help maintain high level of integrity, trust & quality of data • Improve upon the existing Data Quality Support M&A activity from a data operations perspective by assisting in data mapping/load needs Support implementation of sales tools and ERP system enhancements Requirements & Skills: 1-3 years in an order management, finance, business analysis, and/or sales ops SFDC experience Technically Savvy with understanding of MS Applications Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize requests Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills, including high proficiency or fluency in English Excellent attention to detail Good self-organization and time management skills Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously. Can build trust, be assertive when required and shows initiative and enthusiasm.
