Join us in Braine L’Alleud as a Sales Contract Analyst, where you will manage Public Tenders & Commercial Contracts within the Benelux Organization. In this role, you will develop and maintain productive relationships with key administrative and decisional stakeholders at Baxter.
As the Sales Contract Analyst, you will take responsibility for the complete bids and tenders process for all Benelux Business Units, from the identification of new tenders to the successful completion of the dossiers. This role involves being the key point of contact for all administrative tender documents and tasks, including the layout of the tender answering dossier. You will also own contract management, preparing offers in Boost, supporting account managers, and following up on signed contracts. Additionally, you will ensure the correct encoding, follow-up, and execution of won bids and tenders into Baxter systems and processes. Furthermore, you will act as the system user for the internal bids and contracts management tool (JDE/Boost).
