This follows hybrid model: 3x in office( you have the flexibility to choose your days).
The Analyst Sales Comp Delivery will report to the Manager, Sales Compensation Delivery Team. Sales Compensation Delivery is responsible for the execution and set-up of Sales Commissions payments for Rogers Business Sales channels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Business or related discipline
  • SQL knowledge is required
  • Advanced level MS Excel skills are a must
  • Knowledge of V21 and Maestro to investigate inquiries is an asset
  • Attention to detail as it relates to accuracy of payment data
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, planning, process, and organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and objectives
  • Highly effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated, assertive, able to work independently yet be a team player.
  • Ability to work after-hours if required

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure disputes submitted by Business Sales Channels are closed within Service Level Agreements
  • Resolve disputes by doing relevant research in Vision 21, Maestro, Oracle, SQL, Salesforce, CBS, Highdeal. iSeries and Snowflake
  • Communicate dispute results from investigation with Sales Channel Leaders
  • Review disputes submitted and provide coaching as necessary on best practices to limit invalid disputes
  • Proactively work with internal teams as necessary to identify any commission related issue based on type of disputes submitted.
  • Review and understand compensation plans and changes and impact to disputes.
  • Participate in projects as required to provide project impact related to disputes.
  • Review disputes to determine patterns, or trends and coordinate with internal teams to have them resolved
  • Manage workflow and meet deadlines while responding to frequent demands of multiple inquiries/claims
  • Handle a large volume of diverse and dynamic claims effectively
  • Other Ad Hoc duties as required
