Together, we support client-facing colleagues by delivering smart, streamlined sales enablement — ultimately driving growth and superior client experiences.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This internal-facing role supports our business in Norway and reports into the global Sales Operations function. You’ll be a key player in delivering data insights, coordinating strategic account planning, and driving key client programmes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support sales initiatives
  • Act as the go-to contact for CRM queries and colleague training
  • Support core sales enablement activities including:
  • Account planning – coordinating planning sessions and tracking progress
  • Client satisfaction – managing survey and review processes
  • Clients at risk – tracking and reporting potential revenue risks
  • Analyse client and market data to support strategic decision-making
  • Coordinate with analytics to produce sales pipeline and segmentation reports
  • Work with marketing and sales to run targeted campaigns
  • Provide support to Lead Relationship Managers on sales activities
