The Role: We’re looking for a highly analytical, execution-focused Analyst, Sales Ops to help scale and optimize our sales organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, systems, and day-to-day sales execution. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and Leadership to improve performance, drive efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making. This is an ideal role for someone who loves turning data into action, building scalable processes, and influencing outcomes. What You'll Do: Support sales leadership in annual and quarterly planning, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota setting Analyze sales performance trends and identify opportunities to improve conversion, productivity, and revenue growth Develop dashboards, forecasts, and reports to track pipeline health, attainment, and key KPIs Assist with pricing, packaging, and go-to-market analyses as needed Maintain and improve sales processes across the funnel (lead → opportunity → close) Own CRM hygiene and data integrity; ensure accurate reporting and consistent usage Partner with colleagues to implement and optimize tools, workflows, and automations Support deal execution by assisting with approvals, discount analysis, and deal desk activities Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success Translate leadership goals into operational plans and measurable outcomes Support sales enablement initiatives, including documentation, playbooks, and training materials Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Ad hoc analysis and special projects to support leadership priorities The Winning Recipe: 1–4 years of experience in sales operations, strategy, consulting, analytics, or a related role Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort with dashboards and reporting Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience using AI tools Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) SQL or data querying experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders The Extras: Working at Slice comes with a comprehensive set of benefits, but here are some of the unexpected highlights: Flexible PTO Market leading medical, vision and dental insurance Wellness reimbursement/stipend Weekly pizza stipend (Yes, that’s a thing!)
