Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Analyst – Search Media to join team. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence and driving targeted traffic to our platform through Amazon and other search media channels. You will be responsible for managing and implementing search engine marketing (SEM) and paid media campaigns to enhance the visibility of our products and services. Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities: SEM Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns through Amazon and Google. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-performing search terms. Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and ad creatives to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Paid Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated paid media strategies aligned with overall business goals. Stay informed about industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and effective. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and share results with the broader team. Ad Copywriting and Creative Development: Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with target audiences. Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives for better engagement and conversion rates. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and product managers, to align messaging and ensure cohesive brand representation. Communicate campaign strategies, goals, and results effectively to internal stakeholders. Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different campaigns and channels. Track expenditures, ensuring campaigns stay within budgetary constraints. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience in digital marketing on either the agency or client-side. • Ability to thrive in dynamic and demanding situations without prescriptive direction. • Detail-oriented, good project management and organizational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines. • Great communication and interpersonal skills, collaborator, and outstanding communication and presentation skills. Innovative, scrappy, and independent thinker with the ability to use data to influence decisions. • Entrepreneurial spirit with a problem-solving approach to complex tasks • Experience in digital sales or media, especially Amazon, on either the brand, retailer, or agency side. • Comfortable in analyzing dashboards and utilizing spreadsheets with mastery of basic excel formulas and pivot tables to extract and clearly communicate insights from murky data.
