Job Description Scope of Responsibilities Contribute in appraising company or asset values using the income, market, or asset-based approaches for transactions, financial reporting, or tax purposes. Conduct business analysis and financial instrument valuations, prepare necessary reports in accordance with valuation standards. Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support valuation analysis. Perform equity and industry research, including management interviews and site visits. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines. Overseas graduates are welcome. 1+ years of experience in banks, financial institutions, financial investments, or Big 4 audit firms will be an advantage. Fresh graduates will be considered. Proficient in interpreting financial and contract terms with excellent English writing skills Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin). CFA qualification is an advantage but not required.
