Responsibilities
  • Create, build and maintain models, dashboards, and analytics to track performance and goal attainment, ensuring transparency and strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage primary/secondary research, competitive intelligence tools, and industry insights to develop solutions that address client needs and drive business growth.
  • Analyze target accounts, generate insights, and create strategies to support business development efforts and expand EPG’s client portfolio.
  • Provide data-driven guidance to the Global Commercial Business Development team, identifying growth opportunities and strengthening client partnerships.
  • Conduct in-depth research on companies, therapeutic areas, competitor strategies, and industry trends to support commercial strategy and business planning.
  • Manage strategic account planning and annual business development plans for key clients, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
  • Research, plan, and facilitate opportunities to enhance market presence and client relationships.
  • Support CRM strategy, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to improve accuracy and drive informed decision-making.
  • Assist in crafting compelling proposals and pitch decks for business development executives and leadership
