What you’ll doBuild trading comps, precedent transactions and valuation analysis
Prepare financial analysis and model inputs for the Associate and partners
Research companies, sectors, buyers and investors
Draft teasers, information memorandum sections, pitch materials and board papers for review
Maintain buyer and investor trackers and the data room index
Join client and counterparty meetings, and capture the notes and actions that keep deals moving
Support several sell-side, buy-side and capital raising mandates at once
