Our strategy is to focus on creating a safe work environment where our employees feel strongly connected to our values and objectives, and where the capability of our people is key to our success.   Come and be a part of this success.About the Role   Working with a team of technical SME’s in our Site Applications team, you will operate in a technical capacity supporting a portfolio of 160 Commercial Off the Shelf software products deployed across both IT and OT at WA Iron Ore sites. Rotating through sub-portfolios to learn the whole portfolio over time, you will participate in the day to day operation of the systems working alongside experienced SME’s to build your technical experience.      In this role, your key accountabilities will include:   Perform break fix tasks, request fulfillment, reactive and preventative maintenance, lifecycle upgrades and enhancements to existing COTS products   Contribute to the ServiceNow Knowledge base  Maintain CMDB records  Work both autonomously and in groups and prioritise work accordingly  Provide input into plans to standardise and optimise operational and technical practices  Contribute to automation of tools and processes to continuously improve both reactive and proactive activities  Identify and action opportunities for consolidation, simplification and increased operational excellence  Engage with internal and external stakeholders  Strive to achieve 100% safety, 100% customer value and 0% waste   About You   1-3 years experience in IT Support  Understanding of ITIL Service Management practices (Incident, Request, Change, CMDB) using tools such as ServiceNow or Jira  Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a team of technical resources  Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across relevant stakeholders to provide quick and accurate responses to all queries and relevant support as required  Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology     About Our Process    At BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
