Job Description Program & Partnership Support: Support the development and execution of selected SIS programs/solutions in the areas of financial education, digital financial inclusion, and sustainability. Support the development and strengthening of partnerships with key clients and stakeholders (including Visa functions and local market teams) to develop or deliver these programs/solutions. Support the engagement and relationship-building with key regional partners, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, multi-lateral agencies and impact-driven businesses. Results Measuring, Reporting, and Communication: Oversee the tracking and reporting of results metrics for respective programs/solutions in alignment with defined OKRs. Support the reporting and communications of SIS results, achievements, developments, and innovations to both internal and external audiences so that information can be provided regularly, consistently and with high quality. Finance and Operations Support: Work closely with regional and global partners to support Asia Pacific SIS operations, including budgets and contracts This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields, with 5+ years of work experience Highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and eager to identify opportunities and solve problems. Team-player with a willingness to pitch in on a variety of projects and deliver high quality work. Great communication and presentation skills, especially with new tools such as AI. Excellent attention to detail. What will also help: Project management experience. Demonstrated creative problem solving with ability to collaborate and build consensus across stakeholders. Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel or Tableau, strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Able to work independently, and with broad instructions. Experience working in the technology and/or financial services sectors preferred, as well as government, politics, communications, and/or economic development is a plus.
