Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Prepare and analyze operational data to drive decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with various teams such as accounting, asset management, investment, development, leasing, and property management for data collection.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in analyzing financial results and organize them for both internal and external reporting.
- Property Tax Optimization: Track and assist in optimizing property tax savings.
- Transaction Assistance: Provide support for acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and other transactions.
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.
- Market Research & Pro Formas: Prepare development Pro Formas and conduct market research for potential developments
