Do you want to join a global fund manager in energy infrastructure investments? If so, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is currently looking for a n Analyst to join our Learning & Development team based in Copenhagen.

ROLE

As an Analyst in the Talent Team, you will work at the intersection of learning, talent management, and organizational performance. You will help design and deliver learning that reaches colleagues across CIP - from leadership and early career programmes (GROW I, GROW II, and CIP Ignite) to our CIP Academy masterclasses and cross - functional learning events. You’ll have a b road exposure across Talent and Learning & Development and gain hands on experience with program operations, content production and stakeholder coordination across the business. You will also have p ractical experience with internal systems and a front r ow seat to how we scale capability building across the organization .

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL CONSIST OF BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Programme coordination: Support scheduling, logistics and participant communication for GROW I, GROW II, and CIP Ignite so cohorts run smoothly and on time.
• Masterclass operations: Keep CIP Academy sessions running at a high bar - update materials, track feedback and reporting, host sessions, coordinate facilitators, and handle ad hoc admin tasks and employee inquiries.
• Project coordination : Contribute to strategic people projects (e.g., Engagement Survey launch, cross-functional learning events), helping with planning, execution and follow - ups .
• Content & format development : Upload and test learning content and formats to ensure a great learner experience.
