Job Description Checking Booking and payment of Various secondary costs and claims in accounting books Book keeping debit/credit notes received from buyers and timely processing of the cost with accuracy Coordinate with agents, process owners, cross regional offices in day to day operations and properly preserve all correspondence for future reference Maintain list of supporting documents of different claims processed to perform various analysis Perform global check (checking of outstanding receivables from sister companies) of claims before get ready for payment Render weekly reports to the Manager Qualifications 3-4 years in Accounts Payable, preferably within an international organization Commerce Graduate Proficient in written and spoken Englisd Additional Information Basic experience or working knowledge in Commodities will be advantageous Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a high-pressure atmosphere with high volumes Flexibility on working hours during periodic closings Well verse with MS Excel tool Diversity & Inclusion LDC is driven by a set of shared values and high ethical standards, with diversity and inclusion being part of our DNA.
