Job Description Team Summary Visa’s Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition team is accountable for the end to end hiring of people across the region whilst providing thought leadership and consultative direction to our business. We are a team of recruiters dispersed across the region working in close collaboration with our business and community every day. What a Talent Acquisition Analyst – Sourcing & Insights does at Visa: Talent Acquisition Manage end to end recruitment for assigned roles including intake, job posting, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidate experience Prepare and present data driven reports on hiring progress and funnel metrics to influence decisions Ensure compliance with internal processes and local regulations maintain accurate ATS data. Drive process improvements and participate in pilots for new recruitment tools Sourcing and Talent Intelligence Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for niche and hard to fill roles Build and maintain candidate pipelines for repeatable skill sets Provide market insights by analysing competitor trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability Use innovative sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage talent globally Deliver concise market mapping reports and talent intelligence to support hiring strategies This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Over 5 years of experience in recruitment, open to both in house and agency environment Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and present actionable insights Ability to adjust to multiple tasks and demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints A strong track record of recruitment delivery that includes both a diverse range of skill sets and market experience. A consultative, strategic and solution-oriented approach to how you manage relationships with your stakeholders. Strong focus on delivering the very best experience for your candidates.
