Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence Your key responsibilities Client responsibilities: Be responsible for complete execution of the assigned engagements (a) Preparation and assistance with return filing and report generation. Be aware of services that the practice provides-Build internal networks to develop understanding of service line offerings and bring potential opportunities to the attention of the team. Understand the basic technical issues during reviewing data and bring discrepancies / additional data requirements to the attention of the team. Coordinate with the manager/senior executive regards the planning and management of assignments. Provide input for process improvements/automation. Provide quality service, be commercial and reduce rework. People responsibilities Maintain composure and exercises control in pressure situations in the team. Contribute to effective team work in internal engagement situations. Ability to meet/adhere to strict deadlines, being passionate about the client support specialist role Skills and attributes for success Good inter-personal skills and good acumen of client business are essential. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment To qualify for the role you must have Graduate degree -B.Com (P/H) Minimum 6 months - 1 year of work experience in Tax. Prior experience/insight into GST and Customs, as also the erstwhile Indirect taxation viz. Sales Tax/ Service Tax/Central Excise is desirable Ideally you’ll also have Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills. Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
