Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and motivated Analyst – Taxation to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountancy (Intermediate qualified) or B.Com graduate with 2–3 years of working experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation, including compliance, reconciliations, Tax assessments, and Reporting. This role involves hands-on work in tax computations, journal postings, return filings, and cross-functional coordination to ensure full statutory compliance and timely month-end closure. Key Responsibilities: Direct Taxation: Prepare monthly TDS calculations for payments and Quarterly return filings. Support Income tax assessments, prepare and manage documentation for External and Internal Tax audits and reviews. Indirect Taxation (GST): Prepare and file monthly GST returns accurately and within deadlines. Maintain and update IMS dashboard for GST-related data and analytics. Manage GST refund processing and ensure timely submission and follow-up with authorities. Assist in litigation matters, including responding to notices and liaising with external consultants. Accounting & Month-End Activities: Post journal entries related to Tax, reversals, and adjustments in NetSuite (Oracle). Perform month-end reconciliations for tax accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with internal teams including Accounts Payable (AP), Treasury, and Financial Close to validate data and ensure timely closure of tax-related activities. Support tax-related reporting and analysis for management reviews. Systems & Tools: Work extensively on NetSuite (Oracle) ERP for tax-related accounting and reconciliations. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal controls. Qualifications CA Intermediate qualified/ B.Com graduate or similar finance qualifications with 2–3 years of hands-on working experience on TDS, GST matters. Strong understanding of Direct Tax (TDS) and Indirect Tax (GST) compliance. Experience in NetSuite (Oracle) or other ERP systems preferred. Proficient in reconciliation, journal postings, and statutory return filings. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
