• Work in the team to support with the origination and execution of transactions typically reporting to an Associate or Vice President including;

• Assist in the preparation of client presentations ("pitches");

• Research public company and transaction multiples to support valuation of companies;
• Supporting the drafting of information memoranda;
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to provide actionable insights;
• Conducting industry research : collect information on target companies, market analysis, competitive position; and
• Provide administrative support including meeting agendas, meeting notes and management of deal Q&A.
