Job Description We’re looking for a commercially minded and detail-focused Analyst to join our team in a role where your insights and analysis will directly influence operational and financial performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and identifying opportunities for improvement. What you’ll be doing: In this varied role, you’ll provide analytical and operational support with a strong focus on cost visibility, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement. Some of your responsibilities will include: Cost Control & Financial Management Analysing and reconciling supplier invoices and cost recharges Ensuring costs align with contracted rates and categories Identifying cost discrepancies and variances Supporting accounts payable and receivable processes Monitoring spending trends and helping identify cost optimisation opportunities Reporting & Financial Insights Supporting monthly P&L reporting and variance analysis Assisting with budgeting and forecasting cycles Tracking key cost drivers and financial trends Providing insights into performance risks and opportunities Data & Performance Reporting Maintaining accurate cost and operational data Producing regular KPI and cost reports Assisting with dashboards and reporting tools Supporting data standardisation and process documentation Continuous Improvement Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies Supporting automation and process improvement initiatives Delivering actionable insights that help improve business performance Qualifications Here’s what you’ll bring to the table: We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment. Ideally, you will bring: 1–3 years’ experience in an analytical, finance, or operations-based role A degree or diploma in business, finance, or related field (preferred, but not essential) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Intermediate Excel skills, with Power BI experience highly regarded A sound understanding of financial reporting and cost structures High attention to detail and strong organisational skills The ability to communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders This is a genuine opportunity to build your career in a growing and supportive environment, while receiving exposure to commercial operations, reporting, and performance analysis.
